Camping

Tented accommodation for riders is available for hire at R300 per person for two nights (Friday and Saturday night).

 Riders are housed overnight at the Richmond Country Club in either:

• Single tents which includes 1 mattress for the solo riders or riders who dont want to share a tent
• 4 man tents which includes 2 mattresses for the riders part of a team

Mattresses will be provided, but riders need to supply bedding (pillows and sleeping bags) and towels.

There will be a cash bar available on site. Full ablutions and hot showers are available for all riders and there will be a secure bike park for the bikes to be locked away in overnight as well as a bike washing and servicing station.

Cottages

Cyclists who do not want to camp, are encouraged to inquire at the below listed cottages situated around Richmond.  All these cottages are within cycling distance to Richmond Country Club and offer very comfortable accommodation facilities.  Cyclists need to contact the owners directly for costs and bookings.
